8 DAYS GREAT KENYA SAFARIS

You will be picked from your hotel at 6 am, and drive on Mombasa Nairobi highway to Tsavo East National Park. This may take two hours. Before entering the park you will have a small stop over so that you freshen up for like fifteen minutes and then proceed for the check in the park. You will commence the morning game drive through the largest park, with a chance to spot herds of red elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, gazelles, buffaloes, leopard, waterbucks, impalas, and different bird species. You will visit the Aruba Dam for an opportunity to see the Hippo and proceed to the Kanderi Circuit in search for animals and birds. You will arrive in your accommodation for lunch at around one. After lunch you will check-in, rest until 3pm time for the evening game drive. This will go up to 6 pm time to go back to the accommodation for dinner and overnight.

The day starts with an early breakfast then followed by a morning safari game-drive in Tsavo East. This is a good time to see many animals because the sun is not hot. The birds of different kinds can be seen at this time and if you are not a bird lover, the water buck, gazelles, impalas and many animals can be seen at this time. Later check-out of the park and drive to Nairobi arriving in time for lunch at Carnivore. This will take almost five hours. Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Nairobi.

After breakfast, we will depart for the Masai Mara Game Reserve, stopping at the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley and at Narok town for lunch. Arrive in time for a late afternoon game drive in this park, which is essentially the northern extension of Tanzania’s Serengeti National Park as an artificial border only separates the two. Dinner and overnight at your accommodation.

Early breakfast followed by a full day of game drives within the reserve. The Masai Mara is famous for it’s black manned lions, elephants and buffalo that make three out of the ‘big five’ though luck is essential for spotting the other two. We will cater for a picnic lunch at the hippo pool where with luck you may spot crocodiles basking on the rocks. Numerous plains game including antelopes, wildebeest, zebra, Masai giraffe can be seen as well as scavengers like hyena and vulture. In the late afternoon (at an extra cost), go for optional activities like having a nature walk, visiting Masai villages to see the nomadic lifestyle of the Maasai. This will go on until 4 pm time to go back to the accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Early morning pre-breakfast game drive. After breakfast depart for Lake Nakuru. While on the highway Mount Longonot (which is of volcanic origin) and Lake Naivasha can be seen from afar. Lunch at lodge/campsite. Afternoon game drive in the Lake Nakuru National Park until 6 pm time to go back to the accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Early morning breakfast then depart for Amboseli via Nairobi with lunch en-route. Arriving in time for evening game drives. On a clear day you will be able to see Mt Kilimanjaro and enjoy nature. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge or camp.

Early morning game drives. After breakfast proceed to Tsavo West National Park, This will take almost 1 hour drive on a rough road. In Tsavo West you will visit Mzima Springs. Continue with safari game drive enjoying the scenery and looking out for wildlife as we head to our safari lodge or camp for check in and lunch. Afternoon safari game drive including a visit to the Rhino Sanctuary will start at 3 pm until 6 pm time to go back to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Have an early morning game drive, the best time to see the rich birdlife of East Africa and wildlife returning to your accommodation for breakfast. After breakfast, with your luggage continue with your mid-morning game drive in the park on your way out. We will have an extra lunch at Voi town depart back to Mombasa arriving in the early evening.
